At Tshedimosetso High School, Gladys enjoyed mathematics, singing and dancing. Gladys matriculated in 1993 from Tshedimosetso high school and went on to register for her information Technology Diploma at Technikon North West in 1994.

In her time at Technikon North West, Gladys had exposure to C++ and Pascal. During her studies Gladys obtained two distinctions and learnt that her confident, friendly and honest nature works well in groups.

After her studies Gladys volunteered as Microsoft Trainer for Eskom as well as volunteering to work as a Network Controller at the Mafokeng Finance Department. To date Gladys has worked at Pick and Pay, firstly as a cashier and currently as a supervisor.

Gladys is married and although her husband and family reside in Klerksdorp she is fully committed to attending the Compuware academy for the duration of the programme.

In future Gladys hopes to work as a Software Developer.
