Patricia matriculated in 1997 and then went on to Medunsa to rewrite and raise her grades in 1998. She was a member of SCF (Student Christian Fellowship) whilst at school.

In 1999, Particia registered with Technikon North West to complete her Diploma in Information Technology. Her majors were Information Systems and Development software. She received a distinction in Information Systems III.

Patricia has exposure to the following programming skills is Java, HTML, SQL forms and reports, Cobol, C++ and Pearl.

Patricia received experiential training at Voortrekker Hospital for five months in 2004 in the accounts department. She was involved in data capture.
