Aad joined Compuware 14 years ago after several positions within the 4GL and Database industry, including roles at global players such as Cognos and Informix.
After several national and international roles within Compuware, Aad has been responsible for the world-wide Uniface business for the last three years in his role as Global Sales Director. Under his leadership the Uniface product-line has been transformed into a faster growing and more profitable business operation.
Aad has a degree in Information Technology at the University of Delft in The Netherlands.

Ton Blankers has worked for Compuware for over 16 years in a variety of senior technical and commercially focused roles. Based in the worldwide development and integration centre in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Ton is responsible for the technical and commercial direction of Uniface, Compuware's Application Platform Suite.

Prior to joining Compuware, he worked as Software Consultant for HP. Blankers holds a software engineering degree.
