Calls can be serviced most effectively
if you provide the following information when calling or faxing:
- Company name
- Person's name
- Phone number
- Fax number
- Customer number
- Email address
- Product name and version number
- Concise description of the problem
- Error messages

Call Centre
A dedicated toll-free number is provided for customers to report
technical problems and questions. This is answered by the Call Centre
Team, who log calls and assign priorities.

Hours of operation
8h00 - 17h30, Monday to Friday
We also have a 24x7 telephonic support as the toll-free number
is forwarded to a support person after hours. If there is a requirement
for someone to go on site, this will be billable.
